Since all data is local, you have absolute control over it. You can clear your progress or delete the app at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data from your device.

In order to provide the full focus and "Retreat Mode" experience, the application may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: Used to send reminders when you complete a focus session or reach daily goals, ensuring you stay on track.
• Usage Access (Android Only): Used to detect if you leave the app during high-intensity focus modes to help maintain your status.
• Display Over Other Apps (Android Only): Used to display a full-screen overlay during "Retreat Mode" to prevent accidental interruptions.
• Accessibility Service (Android Only): The core of "Retreat Mode," used to lock device interactions during your focus duration, preventing exit via hardware keys or gestures to help you achieve deep focus.
• Exact Alarm (Android Only): Used to ensure that reminder notifications are delivered precisely at the scheduled time.
